Beautiful location with great staff

My stay was enjoyable, thanks to the hotel's gorgeous surroundings and the fantastic service provided by staff members like MJ and Bee. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby shops. However, I found the room could use some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance to match the beautiful scenery.

I had an amazing five-night stay! The breakfast spread was absolutely incredible every morning, and I loved the beautiful pool area that made for perfect relaxation. The staff here went above and beyond, especially Zaw, Dear, and Cat, who really made my stay feel like home. Definitely coming back!

Facilities include a spacious pool and accommodating staff, enhancing the experience. The beach is just a short walk away, with various local dining and market options nearby. However, expect noise from parties, especially late at night, and some dated room decor. Breakfast is decent but not exceptional, and finding a quiet spot by the pool can be challenging due to the layout.

Baan Laimai Beach Resort offered a superb location just steps away from Patong Beach. The staff displayed warm hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Despite some rowdy guests impacting my relaxation at the pool, the stunning views and tasty food made my stay enjoyable. I’d consider returning for the ambiance!

It was just a perfect match for a weekend adventure in Patong with outstanding value for money. The service, especially from Anu, was genuinely nice even when they forgot my wine a few times. Make sure to check if there are better dining options nearby before settling in for a meal at the hotel.

Guests often run out of essential items like toilet paper or extra water bottles, requiring multiple requests to the front desk. Pool area needs maintenance, as some deck boards are loose, presenting a safety hazard.

I loved the spacious lobby decorated with plush seating and vibrant cushions, making it an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for relaxation, especially for seniors like myself. The staff were also very kind and respectful.
